Cornwall FA are delighted to share the details of 2 upcoming Referee Courses running in April at Helston AFC and Newquay AFC.

The FA Referees' Course provides an introduction to officiating 11v11 and 9v9 football. The course will introduce learners to The Laws of the Game and their application, delivered through theory and practical elements focusing on the knowledge, skills and attributes required to operate safely and effectively in grassroots football.

Cornwall FA would like to thank the local Cornish Leagues that have supported the development of referees in Cornwall through subsidizing the course of referee costs. Because of this help, the courses are reduced from £120 to £30.

Course Details - Helston AFC

Course Venue: Helston AFC

Dates: Sunday 3rd April - 9am-5pm & Monday 4th April 2022 - 6:30pm-9:30pm

Course Fee: £30 (Includes all training modules, materials and 1st Season Referee Registration)

*Learners should not book onto the face to face training without having first completed the Online Guide to the Laws of the Game and the appropriate online safeguarding course.

Dates: Tuesday 19th April - 6:30pm-9:30pm & Sunday 24th April 2022 - 9am-5pm

Course Fee: £30 (Includes all training modules, materials and 1st Season Referee Registration)
