  • You can build a portfolio of your achievements within your club
  • Gain experience and knowledge from the Cornwall FA team when volunteering at events
  • Build your experience to potentially become part of the CornwallFA Youth Council
  • You will gain vital experience with a national governing body
  • Attend our annual Leadership Camp, where you will look at different areas of football

Clubs across Cornwall are always looking for young volunteers to get involved in various roles withing their club. Young volunteers usually get involved in football through coaching or refereeing, however, with the change in social trends there are now roles such as administration, marketing, sponsorship and kit management.
