Youth Footballers Hub

welcome to the cornwall fa YOUTH FOOTBALLERS HUB...

Here you will be able to find lots of information on how to stay safe in football and get help if you need it.

Let’s face it 2020 has not been a great year thanks to the Covid pandemic which has seen many restrictions for people of all ages forced upon us like football stopping, schools closing and not being able to see friends and family. If you are feeling worried or anxious, talking about your worries will help you, whether that is to a friend, a parent/relative, or one of the organisations listed below who can help and support you through these very difficult and unusual times.

At Home Challenge Videos

Over the first COVI9-19 national lockdown, Cornwall FA created some fun football and sport challenges for youth players to engage with whilst staying at home. Ranging from football fitness to skills challenges, lots of young people across Cornwall engaged and Cornwall FA were delighted when receiving videos of the young players attempting the challenges. Check out one of the challenges below!

If a player had a problem and needed to talk to someone they would speak to: a PARENT, COACH or WELFARE OFFICER.

Did you know that every youth football club MUST have a club welfare officer; do you know who your club’s                                             Welfare Officer is?

Ask your football coach or a parent as they are fully trained and ready to          support you with any problems you may have during your time at the club.
