MH Goals renew their support for the Cornwall Women's Cup

The competition will continue to be named the MH Goals Women’s Cup in 2023/24.

After a stunning conclusion to last season’s MH Goals Women’s Cup, the competition’s title sponsor is back for another year. Equipment suppliers MH Goals have renewed their sponsorship for the 2023/24 season.

Matthew Harrod, Sales Director at MH Goals: “Participation in women’s and girls’ football has increased massively over the last few years with new teams springing up in all age groups. Cornwall FA’s Women’s Cup is a great spotlight for this new and upcoming talent and, as was shown last year, some very exciting football.”

“We are really grateful to MH Goals – their backing comes at a crucial time in the development of the Women and Girls’ game,” said Chloe Harris, CCFA Football Development Officer for the female pathway. “It is growing at an unbelievable pace and the MH Goals Women’s Cup is the best showcase of open-age women’s football in this county.”

The MH Goals Women’s Cup final was an absolute thriller last season, with Liskeard Athletic overturning a two-goal deficit to triumph 3-2 and claim their first title. They will be hoping for another deep run in the competition and all eyes will be on this season’s final on Friday, 19th April 2024.
