Cornwall FA is delighted to announce the creation of a new community for female coaches across the county.

The Cornwall Female Coaches Community (CFCC) aims to bring people together in one group to discuss coaching strategies, develop ideas and plan sessions. The CFCC will act as your support network as you link up with like-minded coaches.

There will also be the opportunity to attend Coach Development events to continue your journey and hone your craft. The first of these sessions will take place on 6^th June at St Day. This session will focus on practice design and session management – how do we consider our players’ needs when planning a session? This will then be brough to life with some work on the pitch to show the ideas in practice.

The group is free to join and will be lead by FA Coach Development Officer Vicky Fisher.
