Position: Football Development Officer (Women, Girls and Disability)

Salary: £22-£25k (depending on qualifications and experience)

A unique opportunity has arisen to join the team at Cornwall Football Association. We are requesting applications for a highly motivated team player to support the
development and implementation of our Football Development Strategy which links to the County FA vision and The FA National Game Strategy.

The successful applicant will:

• Strategically coordinate all youth and adult female football provision locally, ensuring provision is aligned and positively impacts the priority areas, thereby
  sustaining and increasing participation levels.
• Strategically coordinate all youth and adult disability football provision locally, ensuring provision is aligned and positively impacts the priority areas, thereby sustaining and increasing participation levels
• Lead and manage our Girls Advanced Development Centre and The Emerging Talent Centre ensuring an effective player pathway.
• Enhance a number of Cornwall FA's major priorities which include coach development, raising standards and running the game.
• Support clubs and partners with funding advice to attract money to Cornwall.
• Support delivery of The FA National Game Strategy in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Support numerous events and competitions throughout the season
