Cornwall FA is committed to serving the needs of our Football Community. It is our aim to create an Inclusive, safe and enjoyable environment for all our participants, volunteers, coaches and referees to truly enjoy the beautiful game here in The Duchy. To help shape the future of Cornish Football and to truly identify the areas that we can support and grow the game, it is extremely important that participants complete our Equality Survey. Football as a sport is the nation’s most popular and it is vital that Cornwall FA truly reflects the needs of our participants, making sure there are no barriers to participation, taking this survey will help us to achieve those goals.
The survey only takes a few minutes to complete and we really appreciate you taking the time to complete it.
The results of the survey will not be shared with any other party and will be solely used by Cornwall FA
Coaches/club officials/Referees - You must be over the age of 16 and registered in Cornwall to be eligible to complete the survey, Cornwall FA will verify that information when drawing the winners.
Players - The Survey is only open to players over the age of 16 who are registered with Adult Clubs.
Additionally, only adult clubs are eligible to win the prizes.
Individual Prizes
Every individual who take the time to complete the survey will be entered into the draw to win the following prizes:
- Prize 1 – A Pair of Nike Football Boots valued up to £100
- Prize 2 - Tickets to an England game at Wembley next season (Not to be re-sold or transferred to a 3rd Party)
- Prize 3 – A £50 Amazon Gift card
Club Prizes
In addition to the individual prizes, the two clubs who have the highest percentage of registered players/coaches/officials (2021/22 Season) completing the survey will win one of the following two prizes.
- 1 – Free Affiliation for 2022/23 (excluding insurance fees)
- 2 – 10 Brand new Nike Footballs
