Cornwall FA welcome Gaynor Baldwin to the Board of Directors
Cornwall FA are delighted to welcome Gaynor Baldwin to the board of directors as an Independent HR Director.
Gaynor will be the strategic lead for Human Resource activity including staff health and wellbeing within the organisation, centring on driving people management strategy and being a support mechanism for the CEO to ensure that all HR policies and procedures are being followed.
Dawn Aberdeen, CEO stated "we are delighted to welcome Gaynor onto our Board of Directors. With over 30 years of experience within HR, Gaynor has a wealth of experience and knowledge that will assist us to strengthen all aspects of Cornwall FA business".
Working predominantly in the engineering and utilities sector, Gaynor is the current Director of HR for SSI Services. SSI Services is a multi-disciplined contractor and part of South Staffordshire Plc. Gaynor has wide ranging knowledge and involvement in recruitment, management development, managing change and the overall running of a commercial business. She is a trustee of a defined benefit pension scheme, trustee of a life assurance trust and member of a pension governance committee.
Gaynor added, "I'm delighted to be part of Cornwall FA. Away from work, I am an avid football supporter and really enjoy watching teams at all different tiers. Aside from football, I also support a local community project that helps bring people together over the festive period"
