Cornwall FA would like to invite all U18 youth players in Cornwall to take part in Cornwall FA’s campaign - #YourGame in order to provide a representation of football in Cornwall across all age groups. The feedback gained through the campaign will be used to help shape football for the future in Cornwall.

Cornwall FA are asking players to send in a video of themselves or a poster / quote answering the questions provided in the #YourGame questionnaire. These will be then shared on our website and social media as part of the #YourGame campaign.

To send any content to accompany the questionnaire, please email george.roberts@cornwallfa.com and ensure you include written permission from your parent or guardian for Cornwall FA to use your video/image as part of the #YourGame social media campaign.
