The window for affiliations is now open (from 3rd June 2019)
All affiliations will need to be completed via the Whole Game System at https://wholegame.thefa.com/Account/Login

If you require support on how to complete the process please see the bottom of this page which has an affiliation guide attached.

Also attached is a list of affiliation prices for the season, there has been no increase for the coming season, please ensure that you enter your teams into the correct League competitions and County Cups.  Please note that entries into the youth cups after the 1st August 2019 may not be considered.

Insurance – Public Liability

It is mandatory for all clubs to purchase Public Liability, you can purchase this direct from Cornwall FA whilst working your way through the affiliation.

County Cover (Basic) is £24 and County Cover (Plus) is £50, you only need to select one of these options, attached is a brochure with details of the cover you will receive for the respective purchases.

If you have purchased Public Liability insurance separately then you will need to upload the proof to the Whole Game System.

Insurance – Personal Accident

It is mandatory for clubs to purchase Personal Accident Insurance for each of your teams. This cannot be done via the Whole Game System and will need to be purchased directly from our appointed Insurers Bluefin, attached is a brochure detailing the levels of cover and how to purchase the insurance.

Benevolent Fund

Due to the increase in claims from the Cornwall FA Benevolent Fund over the last 18 months we have had to increase contributions from clubs, this money is used to support participants who suffer injuries and require financial assistance. All clubs are required to pay a  £5 contribution

Safeguarding and Welfare Requirements

It is mandatory for all clubs to have a qualified Welfare Officer, if your clubs is going through a change in relation to this role and requires some guidance then please contact the Cornwall FA designated Safeguarding Officer Claire Summers-Evans on Claire.summers-evans@cornwallfa.com  or call 01208 262989.

Club Secretaries, Chairperson, Treasurers and Welfare Officers must have completed the online Safeguarding for Committee Members workshop, if they have already completed this then there is no requirement to do so again, however if they have not taken the workshop before you will find details of how they can complete this below.

All managers and Coaches assigned to a team MUST have an in date FA approved DBS, for those individuals who do not have an in date DBS, the Club Welfare Officer will need to be contacted to have one completed.

A clubs affiliation will not be approved unless all of the Safeguarding criteria is met.

Completion

Once you have completed all the relevant steps you will be asked to submit your affiliation for approval and an invoice will be created, you can pay for the invoice online, via BACS or over the phone via card payment.

Once payment has been received and your affiliation approved by Cornwall FA you will be emailed a copy of your Public Liability Insurance Certificate (if purchased via Whole Game System) and your affiliation number.
