Proposed facility relocation for County FA

Cornwall FA to commission a feasibility study into the viability of relocating offices to new flagship headquarters with facilities.


Whilst at the very early stages of any proposed project, with the support of both The FA and the Football Foundation a study will establish whether a project could be viable, help identify feasible options, assist in the business case, project plan and strategic brief.


Proposed outcomes: To have our own flagship headquarters offering suitable workspace for our staff, enable us to offer and deliver a full coach education programme, to include refereeing, safeguarding, CPD events etc. Full conference facilities, create 3G pitch facilities, seating and suitable changing facilities to become more relevant and accessible to our football community.


We envisage the feasibility study taking up to six months to complete at which time we will be in a stronger position to identify any future project.
