Cornwall FA were delighted to welcome six teams to Callywith College, Bodmin for the tournament including Saints St Austell, St Austell Walking Football, Lanivet Pandas, South West Cornwall Walking Football, Truro and St Agnes. The teams were competing throughout the day to take home the trophy on this very exciting day for Cornish Football.

The tournament was a great success and provided an entertaining spectacle for all the supporters in attendance. Although there were many highly competitive matches it was St Agnes who came away winners of the festival and took home the first ever Walking Football trophy.

We would like to thank all of the young referees who officiated the matches as part of their training course. They all did a fantastic job and played a big part in making the festival fair and enjoyable for all involved. It was great to see so many enthusiastic players, coaches, supporters and referees on the day. It highlighted the great direction Walking Football is heading in and will continue to grow through future festivals, tournaments and events.
