Are you looking for a flexible meeting venue? Cornwall Football Association’s meeting/conference rooms, situated just off the A30 at Bodmin, is designed for multipurpose use.
Whether a small meeting or a conference, the room can be divided as you wish with two separate meeting rooms and a breakout room, or the partitions can be removed to have one large space. Our conference room can seat up to 30 people comfortably and with the location just off the A30 at Bodmin we are easily accessible.
Situated on the ground floor with wheelchair access, the rooms also offer a small kitchen area for making tea/ coffee, where a kettle, cups and cutlery are provided and customers are also welcome to provide their own tea, coffee and lunch buffet. However if you wish Cornwall FA to provide tea and coffee for your meeting, this will be charged extra at approx. £1 per person. No charge will be made for use of the kitchen provided that it is cleaned after use.
There is free Wi-Fi, two TV screens for presentations (HDMI connection), two LCD projectors, screens, smart board and mobile flip chart boards. The rooms have climate control including air conditioning. Dedicated parking is available on site, along with ample on street parking.
The cost to hire the conference room is as follows:
9:00 am - 1:00pm or 1:00pm - 5:00pm = £50.00 per half day or £100.00 for a full day 9:00am - 5:00pm
