We wish Dawn the very best on her retirement.

Dawn's last day as Cornwall FA CEO.

Yesterday, Dawn stepped out of the office for the last time as CEO, hands filled with lovely flowers from people she has worked with over the years and reflects on over 20 years of hard work, laughs, and cherished memories.
Dawn's journey has been nothing short of remarkable, having started at Cornwall FA in 2001, and then taking on the role as CEO in 2011 - a total of 23 years at Cornwall FA show's her dedication and passion for football for 'Onen Hag Oll'.

Dawn: ‘I am very proud of what we have achieved as a small County FA during my tenure.  This would not have been possible without the support and trust from the Board of Directors enabling me to lead and manage the strategic and operational business needs through many difficult times including significant funding cuts, restructures and COVID.  I have always passionately believed in enabling ‘football for all’ and this could not have happened without an equally passionate, high performing staff team and our whole football family to help deliver our objectives.  I know the County FA will continue to thrive going forward and with our new 4-year strategy planning underway everyone will strive to deliver the best outcomes for all participants in Cornwall’.

Last night, we had an amazing night to celebrate Dawn's retirement at the Lanhydrock Hotel, Bodmin. We heard some wonderful stories about Dawns career from the people she has worked with over the years. Thank you to everyone that came along to celebrate Dawn!

We wish Dawn the very best on her travel adventures and retirement celebrations

Enjoy every moment of your well-deserved retirement—here's to family, travel, and adventures! You'll be massively missed 💛
