About our Inclusion Advisory Group

The Inclusion Advisory Group (IAG) has been set up to provide advice and guidance on all equality, diversity and inclusion matters to Cornwall County FA and to provide strategic oversight of the delivery of our strategy and operational plans.

The IAG aims to harness its member’s collective knowledge of specific aspects of equality, diversity and inclusion such as race and cultural heritage, gender equality, disability and mental health, LGBT+ communities, faith communities and social mobility. 

The IAG’s aim is to ensure that Cornwall FA works in a way that is as inclusive and open as possible. You can also read more about the IAG by clicking here.

The Role

IAG members consist of passionate individuals from a variety of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives who help guide and drive our inclusion work forward. Our aim is to ensure that football in Cornwall is a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. Successful candidates will bring enthusiasm and a desire to raise awareness and a drive to make change. 

The IAG will meet a minimum of 4 times a year. Please note the role is voluntary.

We are the not for profit governing body for football in Cornwall. We lead, govern, support, safeguard and deliver playing opportunities to all aspects of the game in the county.
