Cornwall FA Welcome Female Board Member

We are very pleased to announce the appointment of Cornwall FA's first female Board Member, Kim Mundy.

Kim currently chairs the Cornwall FA Inclusion Advisory Group, which seeks to support grassroots football activity and address issues for under-represented groups, as well as identifying opportunities to increase participation for harder to reach audiences. Kim also sits on the Council as the representative for inclusion and has recently been appointed as equality & inclusion representative on the Cornwall FA Board.

'I am really excited about my appointment to the Board, I see it as a really progressive step and a testament to how important Cornwall FA views inclusion. We recognise we need to do things differently and work with our local communities and clubs collectively to help reduce barriers to participation across the County. Having a more diverse Board is the start of that journey. I am really passionate about making a difference and am looking forward to the exciting challenges ahead. This is a great opportunity to put Cornwall on the map and lead the way in promoting more innovative and inclusive environments for the game to grow.'
Cornwall FA are always looking for new Inclusion Advisory Group Members so if you are passionate about equality and inclusion we would love to hear from you, drop us an email on .
