Chloe Harris

Welcome to the team, Chloe!

Chloe Harris has joined the Cornwall FA team as Football Development Officer.

Cornwall FA is pleased to announce the appointment of a new member of staff. Chloe Harris has joined the Association as Football Development Officer (Women, Girls & Disability).

Having grown up in Cornwall, Chloe is also involved in the local game as a player and has scored 7 goals in 10 games for Sticker LFC so far this season. She progressed through the local development centre until the age of 16. She then became a mentee at the centre before completing her Level 1 in football coaching, working as an assistant coach while also devoting time to coach the Weetabix Wildcats. Chloe’s football journey then took her to Plymouth to become a sports coach in schools. Whilst there she completed her Level 2 in football coaching and began to work for Devon FA as a coach at the development centre.

“After a few years in Plymouth I decided to move back home to Cornwall where I desperately wanted to get back into football,” says Chloe. “I joined Sticker LFC as well as becoming a support worker, working with adults with disabilities. As soon as the job vacancy appeared I applied and now I am lucky enough to work in football back home in the county of Cornwall.”

Chloe is the third new appointment of 2023 following the arrival of Rob Finnamore and Matt Liddle earlier this month.

Chloe can be contacted directly at 01208 262986 or via email: chloe.harris@cornwallfa.com
