Cornwall FA is pleased to announce an online workshop to help parents and other spectators who may sometimes step up in the absence of a qualified referee.

The session will be led by Cornwall FA Referee Development Officer Lee Swabey. During the session you will learn the Rules of the Game and how to consistently apply these laws. Areas covered include red and yellow cards, the advantage rule and direct vs indirect free-kicks, among others.

The focus will be on giving you the confidence to act as a stand-in referee and making sure you are well-equipped to handle a competitive game.

The event will take place on Thursday, 23^rd March at 7pm. Lee will deliver the workshop online via Teams.
