Cornwall FA’s referee tutors Luke Wilkes and Steve Annis will be delivering a workshop to educate and support volunteers on how to perform the role of the club assistant referee effectively on a match day including flag signals, positioning and offsides. 

This workshop will involve theory-based discussions and practical activities out on the pitch to provide a real insight and engaging experience of the assistant referee’s role. With this in mind, please dress appropriately. 

The details for the workshop are:

• Date: Thursday 30th September
• Timings: 7:00pm to 8:30pm
• Venue: Helston Athletic Football Club
• Cost: £10 (payment details below)

Please note, this event is open to any volunteer looking to gain knowledge around the role of an assistant referee therefore participants do not necessarily have to be linked with a club.
