The role of the individuals selected will be to support delivery of practical football sessions. Each coach will shadow a head coach to gain experience and insight into planning, preparation and evaluation to drive individual player development.

The candidate will be supported and mentored by Natasha Mills (Coach Development Officer). Across the season they will also have the opportunity to attend several internal and external workshops.
