DEVELOP YOUR MENTORING SKILLS

Cornwall FA is supporting its network of coach mentors by delivering a ‘Developing Coaches Through Mentoring’ course at Helston Athletic on Wednesday 27 November and 4 December.

Designed for coaches who provide support to other coaches in a mentoring capacity, this course will enable coaches to develop their mentoring skills, understand the role of the mentor, establish interpersonal skills and develop reflection as a learning tool.

Taking place between 6.30pm and 9.30pm on both dates, the course will be tutored by Chris Smietanka and is completely FREE to attend.
