Safeguarding Reporting Concerns

FA Peoples Cup coming to Cornwall

Cornwall FA are delighted to be hosting the FA Peoples Cup in 2019! In 2018 we ran the competition in partnership with our Disability League and due to the success of this we have expanded the offer this season to provide 6 categories over the 2 days in February. As well as the 3 disability football categories we supported last year we will also be running adult female, walking football and vets football categories at the fantastic Callywith College facility in Bodmin.

The tournament is the biggest small sided football competition in the Country run in partnership with BBC Get Inspired, is completely free to enter and will give our local players an opportunity to get involved.

The categories that Cornwall FA will be offering are;

Youth disability mixed
Adult female
Adult male disability X 2 (League and Championships categories)
Male veterans (35+)  TO ENTER VETS EMAIL PHIL.CARDEW@CORNWALLFA.COM
Walking Football (50+)

The dates of the event are Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th February 2019

Players can register as part of an established team or as an individual to be allocated to a 'wild card' team, formed prior to the tournament starting.

Once the registration is complete the competition will take place over three rounds; Round One, Semi-finals and Final which will take place at St Georges Park.
