To begin the affiliation process please log on to The Whole Game System using your FAN ID and password https://wholegame.thefa.com/Account/Login if you need help logging in or beginning the process please contact a member of The Governance Team. The cost of affiliation for the 2018/19 season is unchanged, a list of prices can be found below in the document download section.

Insurance

Each club must have purchased both Public Liability Insurance (Club) and Personal Accident Insurance (Per Team) to be able to complete the affiliation process. 

Public Liability insurance can be purchased as part of the affiliation within the Whole Game System, it is £20 for County Cover (Basic) and £42 for County Cover (Plus) and all the details of both these types of cover are attached. 

Personal accident insurance for your respective teams needs to be purchased directly from Bluefin Insurance https://www.bluefinsport.co.uk/ngis/ all details of the levels of cover and prices are in the attached documents, you can also call Bluefin on 0345 872 5060 to purchase your personal accident insurance, once purchased Bluefin will notify Cornwall FA directly.
