They want to hear specifically about how referees feel about refereeing and how The FA might be able to support them.

To do this they will be asking referees to complete a short survey which will be emailed to you all....

Independent research company, Incite Marketing Planning, have been commissioned to undertake the survey on the FA's behalf. It should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

All answers will remain anonymous and will have no impact on any assessment as a referee. The FA are just interested in honest feedback to help improve the support they give referees across the country.

Every referee will receive an email with access to the survey link on Friday 3rd March.
