Coaches applying can be those who have been part of the pathway before or who are not within the current structure. All positions must meet the minimum criteria stated below;
Key skills and experience required: Essential

Experienced Level 2 Coach
-
Attended FA Youth Module 1 & 2
-
In-Date FA First Aid Qualification
-
In-Date FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
-
In-Date FA CRC (Criminal Records Check)
-
Be an FA licensed coach
-
Experience in coaching girls’ football
-
An understanding of current Girls Talent Pathway
-
Have knowledge and understanding of England DNA
-
Willingness to work weekends and training events/fixtures when required

Own transport essential
