Cornwall FA is seeking to recruit a Governance Administrator.

Governance Administrator

£14 - £16,000 (dependent on experience)

We are looking for a new member of staff to join our busy governance team. This key role needs to provide high quality support to the Governance Manager whilst ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently and to a high standard.

The role encompasses the following areas of the business and is based at the Cornwall Football Association’s Head Office at Kernow House, 15 Callywith Gate, Launceston Road, Bodmin. PL312RQ.

Effective administration and implementation of all disciplinary processes in compliance with FA Regulations

Administration of county cup competitions and county representative matches including arrangements and attendance as necessary for county cup semis and finals.

To assist the marketing and communication remit including promotion of FA and County FA campaigns and initiatives

To assist with the management and support of the membership sanctioning and affiliation processes for leagues and clubs ensuring compliance with FA regulations

Applicants must have a passion for grassroots football, be able to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and able to meet required deadlines. In addition you must have excellent interpersonal skills, extensive IT skills and have a proven track record in administration and must always strive for customer excellence.

In order to meet the varying business needs you will be required to work on occasions outside of the standard 9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday business working day. You must also be willing to attend regional or national meetings out of the county, if required to do so.
