Dawn Aberdeen, Cornwall FA’s Chief Executive said, “We are delighted to have Brydie as part of the team, she joins us with a wealth of knowledge and integrity from a professional background in Social Care and Criminal Justice, having worked as a Probation Officer in Cornwall for over 20 years.

Brydie has a keen involvement is sport and is passionate about the positive impact of sport for individuals and local communities. 

Brydie said of her new role, “I am delighted to be part of the Cornwall FA Team, committed to supporting grassroots clubs in ensuring a safe environment where children and young people can develop their skills and have fun”.

She is looking forward in the coming weeks to making contact with all club and league welfare officers in the county to give these colleagues every support to make their role as volunteers as effective as possible.
