We control, manage, regulate and promote football within Cornwall and aim to provide safe and structured football opportunities for everyone irrespective of age, colour, gender or disability. We encourage people of all ages, genders and abilities to be involved with, as well as play football.

What We Do

At The Cornwall FA all the things we do are to to aid and support you within football. The Cornwall FA team administer and help within all areas of football to benefit players, coaches, clubs, leagues and referees throughout the county. We provide resources, information, news, advice, guidance and support through our Cornwall FA website. Our team advise on grants and other funding opportunities that are avaliable for you. We recruit, train and support referees and referee development.

At Cornwall FA we are always updating to move along with the ever changing environment so now we produce an online and electronic annual handbook to make it easier for you to download and access. The team at the Cornwall FA are proud to offer administrative support in all areas of the business through the County Office and on a 1:1 basis where appropriate to ensure your always receiving the best support from us.

To engage everyone we provide and manage a range of county cup competitions and support the FA Charter Standard status application process and provide in-service training to FA Charter Standard clubs so that you are always achieving the best standards. We also offer and support a range of FA initiatives: Just Play Centres, Mini-Soccer Centres, School-Club Link schemes. From this we organize tournaments and festivals to support work initiatives.

At Cornwall FA we know how hard everyone works and appreciate the time and effort that everybody gives so we feel the best way to recognize excellence is through annual awards. We are always promoting opportunities through The FA Coach Licence scheme and provide a comprehensive coach education programme to support the qualifications and development of club coaches. We support clubs, leagues and referees through FA processes including Member Services, Full-Time and  the Whole Game System.
