David Collins from the club said, "In the first game we beat Exeter City 3-2 after being behind 0-1 & 1-2. The second game saw us comfortably beat B.I.S.P.A.A, 2-0. The final game we played Swindon Leopards A. We drew 2-2 but had most of the chances. This meant that we both had 8 points and our goal differences were both 3. We scored 7 and conceded 4 and they scored 6 and conceded 3 which meant that it came down to goals scored and we had one more. "
That extra goal scored means Callington will represent the whole of the South-West in the National finals at the David Beckham Academy on Saturday 25th July 2009.
