Your completed form must be returned to Cornwall FA by 27th April 2007. The nomination form is on the right.
County Awards
County Winners will be announced at the end of May.
County winners will receive a County Winner Pennant.
Regional Awards
Regional Awards will be announced at the end of July.
Winners will receive:
A Plaque and a £100 Umbro voucher
National Awards
These will take place at a prestigious event.
