There are 23 adult Women's Clubs registered with Cornwall FA. Most of the teams play in the Jaipur Cornwall Women's Football League - Newquay play in the Southern Division of the FA Women's Premier League, Newquay Reserves and Penzance play in the South West Women's League.
There are 35 girls teams playing in Cornwall. They range in age groups from Under-8 to Under-16.
The County has an FA Girls Centre of Excellence for U12s to U16s. The Centre Director is Mick Gale.
